The Chan Zuckerberg Community Fund invests in organizations working to expand opportunity and strengthen communities in San Mateo County.
We utilize a range of funding mechanisms, including targeted grantmaking and open competitions (Requests for Applications or RFAs) for grant applicants in specific issue areas. This portal provides information on the latest RFAs issued to support our work. Each RFA includes information on the opportunity, project requirements, eligibility, and the application process.
